Description: Responsible for planning and execution of the entire lifecycle of a window covering product, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. Ensure that the product and marketing efforts support the company's overall strategy and goals. Be a expert with respect to product features and benefits, as well as product costs associated with the bill of materials. Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product. Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals. Deliver a monthly revenue forecast.

Position: Creative Director/Product Development ... Compensation: $100-110K ... Location: Northern California (company will relocate) ... Description: Responsible for creative direction of new product development and all design related projects from concept to production, managing a diverse team of external and internal resources. Research & identify current market trends. Create product development plans for new product releases. Develop new product concepts/designs. Direct in-house designers and freelance artists in making illustrations, technical drawings, 3-D models, and graphic presentations as needed for production by overseas factories. Oversee sample production with manufacturers. Travel to Southeast Asia (China, Indonesia, Philippines, India) to visit factories 2-4 times a year (2-4 weeks per trip). Create annual budgets and work within projections for all department expenses. Manage the production and printing of 2 wholesale catalogs annually. Oversee bi-annual updates of company Website. ... Position: Creative Development Manager (Product and Sourcing Manager) ... Compensation: $70-80K ... Location: Midwest (company will pay for relocation) ... Description: Generate creative ideas for new products and extensions of existing product lines (floral, home dec accessories, tabletop). Source products (China, Mexico, Europe, Indonesia). Identify, document, and present marketplace/industry opportunities, changes, and trends focused on the development of new product ideas. Continually supply new product ideas to keep the product development pipeline full. Travel abroad on a regular basis to attend shows, factories, and marketplaces to develop and define new product opportunities and marketplace trends. Participate in and support marketing strategy development, rollouts, and new product presentation packages to intended markets.
