Designer and manufacturer of stock and custom goods for the scrapbook/craft and sporting goods industries. Sales volume is approximately $500,000.

5. Unique product line immune to fads and trends.

6. Constantly renewing customer base.

The company has developed and marketed a wide range of products, concentrating in the product niche of school spirit products.

The company has a diverse portfolio of stock and custom lines;

1. Laser cut cardstock "laser title cuts"

2. Laser cut chipboard products

3. Laser cut acrylic albums and cuts

4. Laser cut vinyl products

5. Laser cut ribbons

6. Custom printed scrapbook papers

The company has developed a large and diverse international customer base selling into independent scrapbook/craft stores, pharmacies, sporting goods stores, large volume cataloguers and regional chain stores.

The company's core niche product line appeals to the school spirit (support of the school's sports teams) at the high school level. This market is a stable, non-faddish and has a constantly renewing/refreshed customer base as students graduate and new students move up to the high school level.

The company is 15 years old, concentrating in it's current market focus for the last 7 years. The company has 700+ active customers and over 35,000 stock and custom designs. The company is located in central Illinois, but could easily be relocated.

The company sells through an inside sales staff, trade shows, a retail web site and limited use of manufacturer reps.
